After the Bright Citrus of the last Maestri, Nike are continuing their flavoursome run of colours on the control silo that started it all – the Nike CTR360 III – Fresh Lime / White / Neo Lime!'

Nike CTR360 III - Fresh Mint / White / Neo Lime - Profile

Since launching in July last year, the Nike CTR360 III' has been a runaway success for Nike. Whilst every new generation of football bots has its fair share of early adopters and late switchers, the new Maestri seems to have won over just about every one of Nike ‘control’ players – and snared in some new ones along the way.

Whilst having been subject to some daring colour combinations, we can’t remember the Swoosh kitting out the Maestri in Green before, making the Nike CTR360 III' – Fresh Lime / White / Neo Lime' a really fresh look for the boot – in more ways than one!

Two tonal shades of green clash nicely, accompanied by black and white ' trim and branding – a combination we’re sure will look great on the pitch when the Nike CTR360 III' – Fresh Lime / White / Neo Lime' hits the pitch this international weekend.

Some of Nike’s top players – including key man Andres Iniesta as well as Rafael van der Vaart, Busquets, Milner and Oxlade-Chamberlain – will be switching to this bold new colourway over the weekend, and we can’t wait to see it in action.

It’s hard not to love the Nike CTR360 III' for all it’s brought to the market – Nike seem to enjoy using their control silo as a proving ground for technologies that will roll out across their other boots – with ACC and Kangalite being just two examples.

On this incarnation of the Maestri, Nike have also fitted and all-new stud system that combines the benefits of bladed and conical studs for tighter turns in smaller spaces.

The 3D Instep passing area is another new feature – moving naturally with the contours of the foot, the CTR360 III' is designed to offer optimal contact on the ball when sliding through-balls between defenders or driving low crosses along the box.

What do you think of the Nike CTR360 III' – Fresh Lime / White / Neo Lime?

again, awesome colorway. the ctr360 are indeed a great success, kinda explains also why the t90 has been left behind. i wonder if they are outselling the predator lz too (the adipure definitely so).
